Amber Nadira was raised in Detroit, Michigan, and gained a love for food at an early age. Through family recipes and a love of the food network, Amber was inspired to learn various different cooking styles and techniques. While still in high school she earned a job at a prominent bakery in Detroit, Michigan, and started her baking career. Years later, Amber earned a culinary internship with Walt Disney World Florida to pursue her love of food. From there Amber worked in various restaurants and bakeries in Michigan, Ohio, Florida, and Tennessee honing her skills.
Eventually, she got tired of working in kitchens for other people and started to cook and bake in her own kitchen naming it
Amber's Cakery.
